It is possible to connect different devices together to extend the length of the lights. At the end of each light string, there is a connector to link different lamps together.

The lamp is suitable for outdoor use, all lamp beads are waterproof; however, the controller, plug, and end cap are not waterproof. When used outdoors, the controller, plug, and end cap should be protected.

Returns

Creolate offers a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, complete, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back, as returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
