About Me
For ten years, I have immersed myself in designing bells, motivated by my love for crafting. However, this journey has not been sufficient to cover my essential living needs. After the loss of my beloved husband, my daughter has fallen unwell, and I find it hard to cope with her medical bills. It burdens my heart, as I feel I have not met my duties as a mother.😔 I apologize for revealing my situation.
To support my family, I have taken on three part-time jobs in addition to my craft. My goal is to sell all the unique Jester Bell pieces I created this year to raise funds for my daughter's healthcare.❤

Returns
Creolate offers a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, complete, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back, as returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
