We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Standard Shipping: 7 to 12 business days, $9.99
Free standard shipping on orders over $69
Express Shipping: 5 to 7 business days, $19.99
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns
Creolate offers a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, complete, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back, as returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
