How to Use
Simply place the night splint onto your foot and adjust the straps to get a good fit. Verify that the dorsal flexion strap is gently pulling your toes toward your ankle. Wear the splint while you sleep to gradually stretch the plantar fascia ligament. Adjust the tension as needed to achieve the comfort level you want.
