Description
If the products you receive have water stains, then congratulations you received the product must be our quality inspection products passed.
For each batch, our quality inspector will sample to check whether the quality is up to standard, so there will be water remaining in the product. If there is a problem with the product, we will find and destroy it during the inspection.
Full charge is recommended for first use.
On a full charge, the range is 8-10m, the water gun is filled with water, so it can shoot about 35-50 times, and then the battery can absorb water about 4-5 times, for a total of about 200 shots.
If the battery is low, the range will degrade.
Suitable age: Over 6 years old
The battery is waterproof and safe. In order to ensure that the battery can be used for a long time, keep the battery installation site away from water

Returns
Creolate offers a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, complete, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back, as returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
