If the products you receive show water residue, congratulations, you have received a product that has passed our quality inspection.

For each batch, our quality inspector conducts random sampling to ensure that the quality meets the requirements; therefore, it may happen that some water remains in the product. If problems are identified during the inspection, we will identify them and sort out the product.

It is recommended to fully charge the product before first use.

After a full charge, the range is 8-10 meters. The water gun can deliver about 35-50 shots once filled with water, and then the battery can take about 4-5 more water fills, totaling approximately 200 shots.

With a low battery, the range is negatively affected.

Recommended age: Over 6 years

The battery is waterproof and safe. To extend the battery life, the area where the battery is installed should be kept dry.

Returns

Creolate offers a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, complete, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back, as returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
