This item is pre-inflated and includes a pump, allowing you to modify the level of inflation as per your preference.
Constructed from premium rubber, the air cushion supports a maximum weight of 200kg.
One face of the air cushion features massage pins, while the opposite side includes a non-slip ring texture, catering to your varied preferences.
For optimal training results, it is suggested that the height after inflation should be around 10cm; an inappropriate amount of air can hinder effectiveness.
