Usage

1. Use a damp cloth to clean the magnetic bumps around the neck pad. This helps with heat transfer while keeping the neck pad clean. If you do not dampen the magnetic beads, heating may take longer.
2. Wrap the neck pad around your neck and secure it snugly. Ensure that it sits comfortably around your neck. You will notice the magnetic bumps gradually warming up. Allow 15-30 minutes for the neck pad to fully heat up.
3. Use the pad 2-3 times daily at intervals of 3 hours. If the neck pad becomes too hot for your comfort, simply loosen and remove it. The neck pad will start to cool down immediately.
