To upload photos and videos to your frame, simply connect the provided USB cable at the back of the frame to your computer.
A drive will show up, allowing you to effortlessly drag and drop your images into the folder.

Returns
Creolate offers a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, complete, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back, as returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
