How to Operate the Picture Frame
— Uploading videos and photos: Connect the frame to your computer (Windows/MAC) using the Type-C port. Place videos (in 16:9 or 9:16 aspect ratio) in the VIDEO folder and images in the PIC folder.
— Important: 1:1 aspect ratios are unsupported.— Ensure that the transfer aligns with the selected display orientation, whether horizontal or vertical.— Video playback: Supports videos up to 800MB, plays continuously for 2–3 hours after a full charge.— Instant playback upon power-on: Photos or the photo+video combination will begin automatically.

Returns
Creolate offers a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, complete, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back, as returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
