Instructions for Use

Connect the main device component to the gel pad.
Peel off the clear film from the gel pad.
Place the device onto the selected area of your body.
Press the "ON/INC" button to activate the device; the indicator light will illuminate, press again to begin the session, and the light will pulse.
Press the PROGRAM button to choose your preferred massage mode.
Adjust the massage strength to your desired comfort. Continue to press “ON/INC” to heighten the intensity or “OFF/DEL” to lower it.
