The Pyramid Mat is a cooking mat insert that allows you to cook both, breaded and non-breaded foods in your oven. Lined with a number of small ‘pyramids’, the liner raises your food up and allows fat to drip away. By raising your food, it also allows for better air circulation beneath, giving you crispier and more even results. Foods rest on points above the pan instead of traditional methods that leave food in contact with a pan, which results in burning or sticking on one side. Not just giving you better baking results, this mat can also be used as a surface protector for hot trays fresh out of the oven.
