FAQ

Will it damage my hair?

No. On the highest setting, SleekComb heats up to 190°C. This is much cooler than the danger zone, which is 300°C and higher.

Is it warm to the touch?

The bristles have silicon tips to ensure they stay cool during use. At the warmest setting, the bristles become hot only to the touch.

Will it work on my hair?

The SleekComb can remove frizz from all hair types

In Light mode, it gently relaxes hair to remove frizz.
Medium mode is recommended for detangling fragile, thin or semi-thick hair.
High Mode is recommended for styling medium, thick and coarse hair.

Start low and raise the temperature if necessary.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, complete, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back, as returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
