Avoid placing the cup near flames, heat sources, or other high temperatures to prevent damage.
The glass is delicate; please prevent shocks or falls onto hard surfaces.
Do not pour corrosive liquids into the cup. Avoid direct use with tea to prevent contamination.
Keep it out of children's reach and do not allow them to handle it unsupervised.
Do not submerge the base or AC adapter in water; avoid adding water inside the device.
Be aware of slight measurement variations due to manual measuring techniques.

Returns
Creolate offers a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, complete, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back, as returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
