The waterproof receiver allows for training in any weather and during swimming or bathing.

Adjustable Fit

The adjustable design fits dogs from 9.8 to 23.6 inches in neck size, suitable for small, medium, and large dogs (15lbs to 100lbs).

Returns

Creolate offers a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, complete, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back, as returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
