It has two modes. Relax mode is recommended for left-hand use, and active mode is recommended for right-hand use.
In the relaxation mode, the temperature of the hand will rise after five minutes of use; in the relaxation mode, the temperature of the hand will drop after five minutes of use.

Returns
Creolate offers a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, complete, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back, as returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
