Does the color withstand excessive summer heat of over 100 degrees in the Southwest without peeling or flaking?
I live in the Northwest and have spent two summers; the colors are still fantastic. The summer of the first year reached 100 and the summer of the second year 98.
Can the height of the spinner be reduced?
You can remove the middle part of the metal post to make it shorter. The tubes could be interchangeable.
Are all parts made of solid metal?
All parts are made of metal. It is very stable.
How do you secure it so it doesn't tip over in strong winds?
The lower post is equipped with pointed feet, so you can drive it into the ground. Very stable and secure!.
