The flower stem is made of polyethylene, treated with a special process and coated with a highly pure gold foil. Compared to other similar products, it is sturdier, does not break easily, can be stored permanently, and will never fade.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, complete, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back, as returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
