INSTRUCTIONS

• Insert the DIAMOND tile cutter blade into your saw machine in the same manner as a standard blade.
• Before cutting the ceramic tile, submerge it in water for approximately 4-5 minutes (this will extend the life of the bit and minimize harmful dust).
• Place the soaked tile on two wooden planks (to provide clearance for the diamond tile cutter blade), ensuring the finished side is facing downward, and drill a hole with a minimum diameter of Ø 3/16 (4mm) into the tile along the cutting line. The holes should be within the area designated for removal.
• Insert the tile cutter into the hole and carefully carve out the desired shape by applying the saw machine's guide system against the uncoated side of the bit [use moderate pressure to prevent breaking the diamond tile cutter]. High or very high speeds are preferable.
